If you represent a clinic that requires a Ministry of Health or Ministry of Labour approval for radiography applications, please fill out the form here.

Once you fill out the information in our online form, or send us a copy of the printed application, along with a floorplan, you will be able to see your application in progress in the client portal. After ensuring all the information is in order, and inquiring of you any missing items, the application will be sent to CAD and Data Entry to complete the forms for the relevant ministry and a scaled floorplan to ministry specifications.
Calculations will then be done to determine if the current construction provides an acceptable barrier for radiography, or whether further materials must be added to doors or walls in order to pass ministry inspection.
Once this has been done, you will be sent a copy of the plan and forms to double-check for accuracy. Once you approve the data, we will submit it to the ministry, and follow up with them regularly until the application is approved.

XICL charges $275 (plus HST) per xray source.
The Ministry of Labour is currently experiencing considerable wait times. Most applications are approved within 180 days.
